I’m NEO, a Web3 researcher and marketer who helps early-stage projects get understood, noticed and talked about. I dig into how a protocol really works, then turn it into articles, threads and visuals that people can follow without a glossary.
I’m just as hands-on with the people side. I’ve built a community from zero, managed others, served as an ambassador, and worked as a project manager. Whatever the role, I try to keep a project and its community moving in the same direction.
My approach is research first, in a plain first-person voice, and honest about what isn’t verified. I would rather leave out an uncertain claim than publish it. Most of my work happens on X, Telegram and Discord, and I’m open to working with projects that want clear messaging and a community that sticks around.
Deep dives, articles and threads that make complex projects easy to follow, with visuals to match.

An article making the case that smart contracts shouldn’t be black boxes, and how Gno.land’s open, readable approach changes that.
A thread on the missing trust layer in Web3 work (identity, proof and payment), told through my own struggle to be taken seriously while job hunting.
